We just completed our living and dining room remodel and we are thrilled with the results. It was a joy to work with Brooks Fawley.

When Brooks set up appointments, he kept them. When I left phone messages, he always returned my calls promptly. Brooks was also very good about emailing estimates for our review. He followed through on every detail.

I recently ordered and Brooks installed several Hunter Douglas Pirouette shades for the living and dining room. It took me several months to decide on which fabric, color and design. This is just a follow-up note to thank you, once again, for the fine work you did on our master bathroom remodel project. As you know, I spoke to a number of contractors before choosing Creative Shades and Cabinets. We had a custom project, a definite “vision” for what we wanted to accomplish, some degree of knowledge and appreciation for the challenges encountered with remodel projects, but only sketches from which to work as we proceeded.

We needed an experienced general contractor, as well as a skilled craftsman when it came to creating the custom cabinetry we had in mind. We also needed someone who was cooperative and flexible, willing to work alongside the homeowner to create what turned out to be an excellent finished result. We also expected the general contractor to oversee, coordinate and trouble shoot the work of sub-contractors.

By the end of the project, my spouse and I agreed that we had certainly chosen the best person for this task and this unique project. Your congenial spirit and an eager willingness to do what was necessary to satisfy some customers with what we disclosed upfront were high expectations contributed to this successful project.
